Acer launches Aspire notebooks supporting WiMAX

While BenQ and Nokia offering in their laptops and no-advanced and modern means of communication, providing support for 3.75G and 3G, Acer has announced two series of notebook technology to support WiMAX, this laptop Aspire One and Aspire Timeline.


Aspire One AO531h-Bk86X is a device with a screen diagonal of 10.1 "(resolution WSVGA (1024x600 pixels)), which is built on Intel 945 Express and is equipped with a processor Intel Atom N280. Model Aspire Timeline - a laptop that can be equipped with a Core 2 Duo SU9400 or Celeron Dual Core SU2300, with 1 GB of memory (expandable to 4 GB), 160 GB HDD and a screen diagonal of 13,3 "(WXGAG - 1366x768 pixels). This notebook is also equipped with a module with support for WiMAX / Wi-Fi. The rest of the equipment and features: HDMI and D-Sub VGA, 3 x USB2.0, support for Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, built-in card reader 5-in-1, webcam, 6 -cell battery with a stated time, work on a single charge up to 8 (!) hours.

The notebook has dimensions of 322 x 228 x 28,9 mm and weight 1.6 kg. Its value could be € 535 or € 735 depending on configuration.
